The Maze, Canyonlands Nat'l Park

The meat of our trip was 6 days on a Western Spirit organized ride exploring The Maze portion of Canyonlands National Park. After meeting up in Moab, we spent the first day hiking into Horseshoe (aka Barrier) Canyon. This was my second trip to see that canyon's fabulous Great Gallery petroglyph panel. The next day we got on our bikes at nearby North Point and rode down the Flint Trail out to The Maze Overlook. That was followed by a hike down into The Maze where we visited the Harvest Panel. We then rode back to Teapot Rock, exploring that area for a day, before riding out to the ride's end at Lake Powell, near Hite.
