I just added 3 images taken this year to the Rick’s “Some Favorites” photo gallery (click here) – two of the tarn at the base of Broken Top and one of Lower Oneonta Falls in the Columbia Gorge.
On September 2-3 I hiked into the small lake (aka tarn) on the east side of Broken Top for one night. Although the wildflowers were still fresh, they were very light this year. At least there were no bugs! Pictures here .
